Bend Breakfast Burrito was started in February 2021 as a breakfast delivery and catering service. Preparing meals out of Prep Kitchen as a virtual kitchen. When The Commons Cafe called us up to serve breakfast on their patio, we said “Yes” and then Googled how to build a food cart.

We love serving you at our food cart and now we also love to cater your events! From delivery orders at your office to large events with your hundred closest friends, we’re ready to serve you delicious breakfast!

Val spent a short stint as a restaurant team member before heading to New York for college and a brief stint in the television industry. She returned to restaurant life as a manager and eventually became the Director of Training of a growing restaurant company. She’s opened 7 restaurants and overseen training for FOH and Kitchen team members and Management.

We spend countless hours in the kitchen and at the carts and we enjoy it because of our team! From preparing banana bread batter, to wrapping hundreds of breakfast burritos each week, to serving you in the early morning hours with a smile on their face… our team does it all!

Banana Bread Muffins, Salsas, and, of course, our Breakfast Burritos. They’re all made from scratch! We’ll happily crack hundreds of eggs a day to give you the best burrito experience.
